Caribbean Internet Governance Forum
The Caribbean Internet Governance Forum (CIGF) was convened by the CTU and the CARICOM Secretariat in Georgetown, Guyana in September 2005 with a view to enhancing access to and use of Internet resources for social and economic advancement of Caribbean citizens.
